4th of July Festival of America

Year after year the fireworks display off the top of the Grand Coulee Dam is voted “Best of Show” for Washington State. This year the two day festival will take place on Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th at the lower park next to the Grand Coulee Dam Visitor Center. On the evening of July 4th, immediately following the nightly laser light show, the fireworks display will be launched off the top of the Dam. Thousands of visitors from around the region attend this impressive display. The festival includes two days of arts, crafts & food vending, and live musical entertainment on an outdoor stage. Vendor set up is on Thursday, July 3rd from 9am-8pm and vendor hours of operation are from 11am-9:45pm (all lights must be out by 9:45pm before the laser light show begins) on July 4th & 5th. Tear down must be complete by noon on July 6th. Food vendors are required to pay an additional 10% of their gross festival earnings as well as their booth space expense. These monies are due to the Chamber of Commerce before leaving the festival. There are limited spaces available for self-contained RVs. Upon arrival check with officials for your space assignment. Electricity is limited and cannot be used for personal RV use.

There are no guns, knives, alcohol or any offensive items allowed. No dogs are allowed either. You’ll need to bring your own UL approved 3-pronged 50-100 foot electrical cord. These shows are by invitation only and will be reviewed by our Festival Committee prior to acceptance to assure they meet our specifications. If accepted, you will be notified immediately and your payment will be deposited. If you are not accepted, your payment will be returned to you. Make sure you include a photo of your booth, items and list of what you plan to sell. There is no early opening/set up for either event.

Mail your application(s) along with a picture of your booth and a description of what you wish to sell to: GCDA Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 760, Grand Coulee, WA 99133. Have questions? Contact Peggy Nevsimal, Chamber Manager, at 509-633-3074 or peggy@grandcouleedam.org.
